We cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We may request photos of the damaged or incorrect items for verification.
Once verified, we will issue either:
A replacement order, or
A store credit/refund for the affected item(s).
If you believe a product is defective or unsafe, please reach out to us immediately.
Our team will investigate the issue and provide a fair resolution.
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned or refunded.
Gift cards, promotional items, and discounted sales are also non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
